Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical Medical

Location: Spokane, Washington

Shift Details:

• Various shifts and schedules available, including bonus eligibility.
  • 20 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
  • 24 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
  • 24 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible
  • 24 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
  • 28 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
  • 28 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
  • 28 hours per week, 8 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
  • 32 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible
  • 32 hours per week, 8 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
  • 36 hours per week, 12 Hour Night shift bonus eligible
  • 36 hours per week, 8 Hour Evening shift bonus eligible
  • 36 hours per week, 12 Hour Day shift bonus eligible
  • Per-diem/Oncall, Variable shifts

Responsibilities:

• Employ Nursing Professional Practice: Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Advocate: Promote ethical and holistic care, respecting the autonomy, dignity, and rights of those we serve.
• Facilitate Learning: Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Align with Safety and Quality: Be accountable for safety, integrate evidence and best practices into nursing care.
• Engage in Professional Development: Practice within legal parameters, promoting a culture of inquiry and ongoing professional development.
• Lead in the Practice Setting & Community: Coordinate care and collaborate with others as equal members of the inter-professional care team.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at the time of hire.
• 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in the area of specialty.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: USD $80,267 to $148,408.
• Additional compensation may be available for this role.
