We invite you to embark on a remarkable journey, caring for a diverse mix of complex medical patients, including those with pulmonary, endocrine, GI, renal, cardiac and neuro. With a focus on patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous learning our unit offers an unparalleled opportunity to elevate your nursing practice.
Unit Overview

• Nurse to Patient Ratio 1:4
• 12 hours shifts with permanent shifts available- Rotating or perm nights.
• Flexible Self-Scheduling
• Every 3rd weekend rotation
• Expert Patient Care Coordination

• Skills: Trach, central line blood draw, foley, NG tube, chest tube, wound VAC, peritoneal dialysis, etc.

Who Should Apply :

• BSN/MSN preferred. Associate degree candidates encouraged to apply!
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
• RN work experience required; 1 year or greater strongly preferred

(Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program will be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire)
