Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our Infertility and IVF Practice. As the Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success of our healthcare facility. Collab Fertility is a new private practice providing infertility and IVF treatments for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure stnadardized clinical workflows.
- Assure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA- 3rd party tissue donation)
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback, evaluation and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow, assist in hiring and training of new clinical team members.
- Conduct regular meetings with nursing staff to address concerns, provide education, and foster professional development
- Oversee medication administration and ensure adherence to established protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in infertility treatments (IVF, Donor egg, GC and male infertility treatments)
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of nurses effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IDEAS electronic medical records (EMR) systems
