The Nurse Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing department in a healthcare facility. Leadership and Team Management:
Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.

Clinical Oversight:
