Community Nursing Services is looking for a Full-time RN to join their team and work in the greater Davis and Weber County area.
Focus: General Care RN - patient census will be both HHC and Hospice.
Location: Davis and Weber County (Office is located in Layton)
When: M - F ; 8am to 5pm

JOB SUMMARY
Our RN’s provide direct nursing care to the patients on a day-to-day basis in their homes in Davis and Weber County (we'll keep you as close to your home as possible). Our RN’s focus is on maintaining the highest degree of quality care for our patients.
Some of the job responsibilities include:
- IV therapy
- Blood draws
- Administering and monitoring oxygen
- Monitoring blood sugar
- Medications
- Catheters
- Nasogastric tubes
- Wound care
- Educating patients and family members
- Reporting changes to physician
REQUIREMENTS
- RN
- Strong desire to care for elderly
- First aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
- Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail oriented
- Caring and compassionate
Licenses/Certifications: RN and BLS Certification – Utah
