The Hospice Registered Nurse candidate must be available Friday 5pm thru Monday 8am (40hr Weekend, full-time shift), attend Monday 8am Stand-up & Friday afternoon IDG. (IDG via Teams, ok)
The Registered Nurse (Case Manager) plans, organizes and directs (coordinates) home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education and experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the company to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
(This is an in-person position & requires direct patient care in the patient's place of residence.)
