Registered Nurse Hospice Rn Case Manager

Good Samaritan Hospice is seeking full time Registered Nursesto care for and serve our patients and their families in the Monroeville/Plum/Oakmont and surrounding area. This is a home health position, traveling to see patients in their home.

Your patients - Yourschedule. Typical hours for our Registered Nurse - Hospice RN Case Managers are Monday-Friday from 8 to 4:30 but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. Some weekends, on-call and holidays required.

QUALIFICATIONS for Registered Nurse - Hospice RN Case Managers

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
• Solid computer skills, including Word
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
