Are you a dedicated and experienced Home Health RN seeking an enriching opportunity in Cartersville, GA? We're actively seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for an engaging 13-week contract. If you have a minimum of one year of recent Home Health experience, proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB), strong clinical skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering top-notch patient care, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive home care treatment plans.
• Record and track patient conditions and progress using OASIS and HCHB systems.
• Administer medication and provide basic wound care as needed.
• Utilize OASIS and HCHB experience to facilitate accurate documentation and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active RN licensure in Georgia.
• At least one year of recent Home Health experience.
• Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) systems.
• Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.

Position Details:

• Engage in fulfilling home-to-home responsibilities within the Cartersville, GA area.
• Full-time role, 40 hours per week, scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Cartersville.
