Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Skilled in intravenous infusions
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the ever changing field of healthcare
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Allscripts PM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Experience in family planning, senior care, or specialized areas is a plus
- Willingness to stay updated on industry advancements and participate in continuing education opportunities
