Shift: Full-time Nights (7p-7a)

Salary: $30/hour - $42/hour based on experience

Shift Differentials: $4.50/Nights, $2.00/Weekends

Relocation: Case by Case with HR Approval

Requirements:

Education

• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.

Licensing/Certifications

• Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS Certification from the American Red Cross (HCA chosen provider) OR American Heart Association required.
• Current ACLS & PALS/ENPC certifications preferred - required within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred - required within 6 months of hire.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred required within 6 months of hire.
• CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) certification required within 6 months of new hire or certification eligibility (one year of ER experience).

Qualifications

• One year of previous experience in an ED setting preferred.
• Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
