Job Title: RN Emergency Room
Duration: Full Time - permanent with benefits
Location: Dodge City, Kansas
Shifts: Full Time- Variable
Job Summary:
Utilizing the standards set forth for Nursing Practice by the ANA, the Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN) will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for Emergency Department patients. It will include individualized, family centered, holistic, supportive, and safe care.
Education:
Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Licensure & Certifications:
BLS from the American Heart Association required within 8 weeks from hire.
ALCS from the American Heart Association required within six months of hire.
PALS from the American Heart Association or ENPC required within six months of hire.
NIHSS required within six months of hire.
TNCC required within six months of hire.
Experience:
Emergency Room RN experience preferred
One year RN experience preferred
Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
