Job Description: Emergency Room RN

Location: Rochester, NY

Salary:

- $2700 Weekly (36hrs)

- $3600 Weekly (48hrs)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs and conditions

- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by healthcare providers

- Monitor patients' progress, vital signs, and symptoms, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and safe patient handoffs

- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques

- Adhere to all hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records

- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an emergency room or critical care setting

- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency nursing procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

- Must be eligible to work in the United States
