Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - Director of OB Services (Hospital)
Full-Time - Day shift
MLee Healthcare has an amazing opportunity for a Director of OB Services (RN) to lead a skilled mother-baby nursing team at a beautiful hospital just east of the Cincinnati / Dayton area!
Director level positions are eligible for a 10% yearly bonus calculated off annual base salary based on quality metrics.

Director of OB Job Summary

The Registered Nurse - Director of OB Services is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes safety and well-being of all patients in the Mother Baby Care Department on a twenty-four-hour basis. Plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the overall clinical nursing practice and administrative activities, including fiscal, material and human resource management. Participates in the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures. Maintains open communication with all staff and physicians to promote improvement in performance. This position requires a sound knowledge of OBstetrical, newborn and gynecological nursing practice and exceptional leadership abilities.
RN - Director of OB Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
-Extensive Labor and Delivery / Mother-Baby experience
-Leadership experience required
-Valid RN license in the State of Ohio or Compact
