```Duties```
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Assist with medical procedures, including airway management and CT scans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Cerner and eClinicalWorks
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
```Requirements```
- Valid RN license in the state of [LOCATION]

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
