Job Summary:
- Test result notification to patients and other responsibilities.
- Assists with patient education and scheduling follow up via phone.
- Uses nursing technical skills and evidence-based interventions in providing age-appropriate care to patients and families.
- Collaborate with other health care team members when need for assistance is identified.
- Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
- Maintains professional competencies for practice.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current Minnesota RN License required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card required.
- Possesses the ability to understand patients' medical records
- Understands physicians' orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
