$3,500 sign-on bonus*
$5,000 relocation assistance bonus for those who qualify
- Full-time, benefit-eligible
- 60 hours every two weeks
- 12-hour day shift (7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.)
- Includes every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) plus holiday rotation
SUMMARY
Responsible for completing a focused functional health assessment, including physical, psychological, cultural, and social components, to diagnose patient problems, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team through Relationship-Based Care, to support a healthy work environment and ensure a culture of safety.
EDUCATION
- Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelors or Masters in Nursing preferred.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
- Previous experience in Mental Health nursing and American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric – Mental Health Certification preferred.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and on-going training required and provided.

Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance bonus requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
