JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Administrative Director candidates for the Cardiovascular Services Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- The RN Director Cardiac Services will report to the Administrative Hospital Leadership Team.
- They will join a highly skilled and competent care team.
- The Cardiovascular Care Nurse Director will be responsible for maintaining and continuing evidence-based best practice and superior care all while maintaining the departmental budget and its policy and procedures.
- The organization strives to maintain the highest quality care for its patients and the most up-to-date technology.
- Safety and excellence in providing the best possible outcome is evident as it has received recognition for being a leading Stroke Center, and earned the American Heart Association Gold Plus award.

- The candidate will be in charge of both Cath Lab and EP.

Registered Nurse Administrative Director candidates for the Cardiovascular Services Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
Education:
Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN.
Preferred: MSN or master's in a health care related field.
Experience:
Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
Certifications:
Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
Salary: $100-135k/year
