Registered Nurse

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Duties:
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments when needed
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Provide education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and self-care techniques

Requirements:
- Valid Indiana nursing license
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in human services
- Proficient in performing physical examinations, venipuncture, and administering medications
- Strong knowledge of occupational health practices and regulations

- On call to answer questions.

- Provide Core A & B training to Direct Support Staff

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
