Full-Time RN Charge Nurse - 3-11 Shift at Pines Village, Whiting, NJ

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in accordance with established policies and procedures

- Supervise and lead a team of dedicated nursing staff

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, documenting changes and reporting to appropriate personnel

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or similar setting

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Proficient in electronic medical record systems

- CPR certification
