Pediatric LPN/RN needed for overnights! (8-12/hr shifts)

SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for an LPN or RN in the Lakewood area. 2 y/o female patient with no gtube/trach/vent. possible NGtube for feeding difficulties if needed. seizure precautions.

Hours include: 8-12 hr overnight shifts open (flexible with days) 1 day must be a weekend*

Responsibilities:

• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Requirements:

• Current license in the state
• Up to date first aid and CPR certification
• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
