- Have experience with programs and policies regarding management of immunizations clinic services.
- Have clinical experiencing giving shots, doing health assessments, and giving medication.
- Have clinical experiencing taking vitals, entering health data into electronic medical record (EMR)/ electronic health record (EHR) .
Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
- Conduct lab draws, health assessments, evaluations, and provide vaccinations to eligible clients in the clinical setting as directed by the Department.
- Provide immunizations to eligible persons in the clinical setting as directed by the Department.
- Document services and other required demographic information in EHR as directed by the Department.
