Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? Search Inc. is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team and provide top-notch medical care and support to our clients.
About the Role: As a Registered Nurse at Search Inc., you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering medical services to individuals and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team. You'll report directly to the Division Manager of Medical Services and work in a supportive and innovative environment.
We are currently looking to hire a full-time Registered Nurse in our Medical Department. This position is Tuesday-Saturday from 8:30AM-4:30PM/Flexible Schedule.
Salary Range: $88,000-$93,000/Year
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Search staff, doctors' offices, and team members on medical services.
- Maintain accurate medical files and participate in medication-related tasks.
- Provide medication administration training to staff according to guidelines.
- Lead medication error reporting and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with hospital admissions, discharge planning, and clinical assessments.
- Facilitate Health and Wellness meetings and contribute to person-centered initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Unencumbered Illinois RN license with clinical nursing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Illinois DHS Nurse Trainer certification or completion of the DHS Nurse-Trainer class.

Preferred Experience:
- DHS approved Nurse-Trainer certification in Illinois.
