We are looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. You will be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high quality nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders

- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse

In addition, we are seeking a detail-focused, caring, and thoughtful individual to complete patient services coordination from discovery to graduation from our programs while promoting the goals and upholding the ideals of Chicago Weight Loss & Wellness Clinics in providing excellent care and experience for our diverse patient population.
This individual should be a dynamic, energetic, outgoing and organized professional for a prominent weight loss & wellness practice to assist in the patient acquisition process and strengthen the patient experience.
Must have strong customer service and sales experience, have exceptional computer proficiency, be detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to effectively sustain multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Will be responsible for speaking with all new leads and patients on the phone, explaining programs and procedures, answering questions, providing guidance, acting as liaison between physician and patient, quoting fees, scheduling appointments, promoting treatment results, reviewing pre- and post-program instructions, collecting payment, interfacing with patients and their families from the initial phone call through treatment completed, customizing the care plan for each patient, managing the consultation process, paying close attention to the details of the entire patient experience, participating in practice marketing, bonding and “hand holding” of patients through their process.
This position is also a sales and customer service role, as well as a patient support role for all new and existing patients in the practice and the ideal candidate must thrive in a service environment. Must have a professional presentation that is representative of our upscale practice, be highly motivated and work well individually as well as in a team environment.
In this position you will:
Generate, prospect, and convert new leads to patients
Patient and client consulting and program/product sales
Greet patients and conduct new patient intake
Schedule patient appointments via phone, email or text and conduct follow up activity
Collect fess or payment
Document transactions and manage clinic medical records
And any other duties as assigned or necessary
