Form of workNutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to serve a beautiful life care (CCRC) community located in Columbia, MD for 8 hours/week, will be a permanent job which could require more hours in the future.

Position includes:
- Conduct periodic assessments, and complete clinical documentation for residents in Assisted Living / Memory Care Centers
- Provide nutrition education for the independent living residents (topics to include health eating; diabetes; heart health; weight management)
- Develop monthly news articles for the independent living residents
- Host monthly group programs to the ILU residents (ie lunch and learn, grocery store tour,cooking demo)
- Participate in community health fairs
- Serve as back-up for the RD serving skilled and LTC nursing units as needed
* Credentialed by the CDR and MD licensing
