What you will do:

The Registered Dietitian coordinates nutritional care of patients by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans and documenting dietary information about patients. Provides guidance and collaborates with the Food Service Director in the provision of food and nutrition services.

In this position the Registered Dietitian takes a lead role in their assigned Skilled Nursing Homes and works closely with the Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) to evaluate and ensure that all residents have the best possible nutrition interventions.
