JOB DUTIES :
- Evaluate and co-diagnose periodontal conditions.
-Provide exception preventitive prophylaxis treatments
-Perform thorough Sc/RP when indicated
- Obtain excellent radiographs
- Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic dental software systems (e.g., SoftDent, OpenDental)
- Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment
JOB EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be licensed to practice in state and meet other applicable state requirements
- Familiarity with dental documentation systems such as SoftDent, Open Dental
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Proficiency in using dental software systems (e.g., SoftDent, OpenDental)
- Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Pay will be based on experience. We will meet or exceed market compensation. Hourly position. 4 days per week. 8:30 a.m - 5 p.m.
