We are expanding! Our established private practice is looking for a enthusiastic, caring individual committed to providing exceptional patient care and clinical skill. The office is open Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5: 00 pm, with an hour lunch. No Fridays! We offer excellent pay, monthly bonus potential, 401k with match, employee discounts, & paid vacation.
Salary Range: $35.00 - $50.00/hr
Summary: Completes treatment of patient’s oral and periodontal care including patient education by performing the following duties.
Essential Tasks include the following but are not limited to:
1. Perform Cleanings of teeth and gums; take necessary x-rays, take intra-oral pictures, complete periodontal charting; address patient's hygiene and restorative needs; educate patient on what doctor will likely recommend in the form of treatment; documenting findings in the Practice Management software; clean/sterilize treatment room after each appointment.
2. Reappoint patients emphasizing value and urgency for the next appointment and update the Practice Management Software.
3. Provide an effective 2 and 1 Handoff, to doctor and appropriate admin team.
4. Achieve individual daily hygiene production goal.
5. Maintains proper knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliances and clinical skills.
Non-essential Tasks include the following but are not limited to:
As open times occur, make calls to patients due and not scheduled in hygiene.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
All required Registered Dental Hygienist Licensing. Minimum two years’ experience preferred.
