Beneficial Alliance, LLC is an Applied Behavior Analysis therapy company servicing children diagnosed with autism. We are looking for entry-level and experienced candidates to fill both part-time and full-time positions. We provide extensive training to anyone interested in learning about ABA Therapy and autism and have a passion for working with children!

A part-time/ full-time position consists of working with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes. You will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), while providing these services. Your schedule is dependent on client availability and location.
Responsibilities of the ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
- Work 1:1 with individuals aged 2-21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBA Clinical Supervisors.
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
Qualifications of the ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
- High-School diploma (required) Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled in College (preferred).
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Experience working in an in-home setting preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license, valid car insurance, and have personal reliable transportation.
- BLS or CPR certification and/or willing to obtain certification
- Certification or commitment to pursue a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB. This training will be provided with an expectation of completion within 60 days of employment.
