Help us help others! Progressive ABA Therapy Group (ProABA) is looking for dedicated individuals who have a passion for helping others to achieve their goals. ProABA is hiring direct service staff to work as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in our on-site clinic in Boardman, Ohio. Our RBTs provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2-18 years of age with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. ProABA provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to clients to help them develop important skills and work with their families to meet treatment goals. ProABA takes pride in servicing children of all ages and needs quality staff members to help give our clients the best treatment possible!
At ProABA, client progress is what drives our decision making and we believe RBTs serve the most important role in achieving this goal. The responsibilities of the RBT are to implement the child's daily ABA therapy goals and build a positive relationship with clients and their family. RBTs also work together with their supervisor to help develop motivation and build skills with the clients while being responsive to the child’s individual needs. Other responsibilities include data collection, documenting client progress on clinical notes, and attending regular meetings with treatment team members. All data collection, graphing, and progress note completion are completed automatically using state of the art programming with company issued tablets.
Our Focus on Staff: Progressive ABA Therapy Group really values our RBTs and the work that they do every day. In the 3 years since we have started serving clients, our company has invested into our RBTs, including:
- Providing additional paid time for indirect tasks before and after clients leave
- Never cutting RBT hours when clients call off
- Purchasing electronic data collection, graphing, and progress note systems.
- Developing electronic feedback systems for staff to provide ownership feedback on policies, procedures, and business operations.
- Developing a benefits system for RBTs that includes paid time off (PTO), mental health days (MHD), holiday pay, and affordable healthcare options for RBTs
- Opportunities for raises contingent on attendance, performance, and coverage flexibility that can occur quarterly and yearly.
- Providing free, no strings attached clinical supervision for RBTs who want to advance their career in ABA.
- 401k with company contribution after 1 year of qualifying service
- And more
