```Duties```
- Availability to work morning hours (9:00am to 12:00pm) Monday through Friday. More time availability if needed.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress towards goals
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment for clients
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
