Part time position (afternoon availability) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 intervention in home, school and community settings
- Implement individualized behavior plans and teach new skills
- Collect accurate data
- Provide caregiver feedback
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with providers
- Attend 40-hour, paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (if needed)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- DOJ/FBI fingerprinting clearance and TB test required
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation and valid car insurance required
- First Aide/CPR certification preferred
