Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Wanted!
We are actively looking for an experienced RBT to join our east clinical team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working working children 1-10 years of age in the capacity as an RBT. We have an IMMEDIATE OPENING for an energetic, enthusiastic and experiencedRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive team in our Warrensville Heights clinic.
Pursuing your BCBA? This is a great opportunity to accrue restricted and PAID* unrestricted hours by supporting our clinic-based clients.You will gain experience with running assessments, writing BIPs, programming, learning how to properly supervise and deliver feedback to technicians, run social skills groups and assist with parent training. We will ensure that you will be trained across Task List 5 items.
*Paid unrestricted during scheduled work hours.
As an RBT, you will provide one-to-one ABA therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), ages 1-10. The ideal candidate will be available to work approximately 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities: RBT is responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
RBTs will provide quality 1:1 ABA instruction in the clinic to children with communication, social, play, and adaptive skills deficits. RBTs will record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals. RBTs will maintain objective daily session notes and maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications/Training:
- Master's Degree completed or in process that encompass ABA, Psychology, Education, or other related fields is highly preferred
-YOU MUST BE ACTIVELY ENROLLED in a university for ABA studies. to accrue fieldwork hours.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Covid-19 full vaccination + booster status = Encouraged!
- Comprehensive training/supervision that meets eligibility to maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly compensation of $19-23 per hour (experienced RBTs with demonstrated supervisee experience)
Flexible schedule with no evening or weekend requirements of approximately 35 hours per week
