Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt)

Satyaluna Health & Wellness in Nashville, TN is looking for one Registered Behavior Technician (rbt) to join our strong team. We are located on 615 Main St Suite B23. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

• RBT Certification (Required)

Note: RBT Certification is required. Training will be provided for candidates who meet the qualifications but do not have previous experience as a Behavior Technician.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $24.00 - $28.00/hour.
