Job Description
We are looking for well-rounded professionals who are interested in performing ABA services for one of our seven partner companies. After being interviewed, you will be placed into our training and development program, where you will be trained in ABA. At the outset of our free training program, you can ensure your fit with one of our ABA partners.
As a Behavior Technician, you will be conducting face-to-face interventions with clients. You will use behavior analytic protocols and procedures to increase client knowledge and skills. Behavior Technicians are trained on how to implement strategies and procedures that contribute to the safety of other staff members and their clients. A Behavior Technician must effectively communicate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to provide client progress information.
Daily, Behavior Technicians use their professional writing skills to generate session notes and reports regarding the client's treatment. The behavioral analysis technician is a good position for those entering psychology programs, current health professionals, and individuals passionate about child development.
