We are currently looking to hire therapists in the LA County Area - specifically INGLEWOOD AND SOUTH LA . We offer part time, with opportunities to move into full time with competitive rates. ($20-$26)
The position will be to conduct therapy sessions on site
Qualifications:
- Bachelors; Associates/HS
- Looking for one year commitment
- EXPERIENCE WITH CHILDREN
- Ability to collect and analyze data related to client progress and behavior
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- compassionate and eager in supporting the disability community
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior therapy interventions
- Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Collect data on client progress and behavior using specified methods and tools
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with a team of professionals including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other Behavior Technicians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
