Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
+ $300 Sign-On Bonus

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow ABA theory practice during sessions, as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Perform ABA treatment/interventions as directed by the BCBA 
• Effectively communicate and efficiently document and bill for treatment performed 
• Prepares materials for treatment sessions, maintains clinic equipment conditions, and assists in inventory of clinic supplies
• Fosters and maintains effective and appropriate professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and training preferred, but not required 
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred, but not required
• Training and supervision provided to obtain RBT if needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
