A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will:
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans to reduce maladaptive behaviors
- Provide 1:1 Direct instruction using ABA techniques to teach appropriate replacement behaviors, verbal behavior, and academic skills.
- Collect and analyze data regarding skill acquisition and behavior reduction daily.
- Participate in team meetings with other instructors and BCBA.
- Receive in-vivo supervision and ongoing training by supervising behavior analyst.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Bilinguals are encouraged to apply.
- RBT Certification.
- Must love working with children and families.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be punctual.
- Reliable transportation and driver’s license
- BLS/CPR/First Aid certification
- Clean background check
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays preferred
