Job Description
As the Regional Vice President of PBM Sales, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales initiatives within a designated region, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a critical role in developing and executing the sales strategy to expand market share, drive customer acquisition, and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success in sales management, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional sales goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall organizational goals and initiatives.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute insights and recommendations for business growth and expansion.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.
- Travel within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Education/Experience:

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of PBM regulations and practices is a plus.
