Job Summary

SpecialtyCare is expanding our footprint and we are seeking aRegional Vice President of Client Services to join our talented Business Development team! In this role, the VP of Client Services will develop and execute sales plans to garner new business accounts across all of SpecialtyCare's clinical services lines as well as cross sales within an assigned region. This position will also serve as Account Manager and be responsible for the overall relationship between key customers and SpecialtyCare while working closely with internal SpecialtyCare teams to secure contract renewals as well as expand the footprint of our business!

This role requires up to 50-60% travel and can work remotely the remainder of the time. Highly prefer candidates living in the Southeast US region.

  • Develop and execute a sales plan inclusive of lead development to meet/exceed sales targets.

  • Sell all of SpecialtyCare's clinical service lines to health systems and hospitals, by working closely with our clinical team.

  • Complete sales that are consistent with the company's margin targets that then perform to forecasted expectations.

  • Prioritize and achieve sales with pre-defined targeted accounts and markets.

  • Work cross functionally with our clinical operations teams to ensure successful transitions.

  • Deliver SpecialtyCare's Value Proposition to hospital Administration and C-Suite.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers in assigned region.

  • Work as a team with service line operation leaders to gain market information, prioritize targets, and develop strategies and effective service proposals.

  • Keep abreast of emerging trends in the region.

  • Communicate frequently with senior leadership and the service line leaders.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

 

Education:

       Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.

       Master of Science degree, preferred.

       Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Experience:

       Seven (7) years of related experience with sales management responsibilities in a multi-state healthcare operations setting.

       Experience with contract management and delivery of clinical services to hospitals and other health care systems.

       Prior experience in supporting sales and business growth, preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

       Proven track record of success in selling into hospitals and health systems with preference for sales around the operating room environment.

      Understand the delivery of healthcare services and has demonstrated ability to operate in this environment.

       Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence perceptions, decisions and actions of others.

       Proven ability to build and maintain customer focused relationships and proactive identification of customer needs and assessments.

       Ability to develop and build relationships internally, working closely with operations teams to grow the business organically and through new opportunities.

       Demonstrated understanding of strategic marketing, business and financial principals; good business acumen and proven business experience.
