As the Regional Tailoring Manager, you play a critical role in delivery of service to our customers. This role utilizes a data driven approach to meet our Brand Promise for alterations times and improve workforce management to meet demand. The role will be critical not only in establishing standards for execution, but also leading development and implementation of Alterations Specialist on-boarding and career development. You will be seen as a partner to both field and store leadership and HQ.
Regional TailoringManager Duties & Responsibilities
Specific Regional Tailoring Manager responsibilities include developing detailed project road maps and plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering on time within budget and scope with a focus on tailoring programs for North America, along with other projects as assigned.
- Employ a data-driven approach for analyzing, forecasting, and executing current and future business needs.
- Create and manage the apprentice program and career development process in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Cultivate relationships with key partners, field and store management, and tailors.
- Assess and enhance processes, setting standards for stores.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution.
- Ensure on-time, within scope, and within budget project delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans involving relevant stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and cost.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Report and escalate issues to management.
- Establish alignment on priorities with the flexibility to reprioritize.
- Expertly process and apply feedback for optimal outcomes.
Regional TailoringManager Requirements
Regional Tailoring Managers should have a background in retail, business skills and management, budgeting, and tailoring. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You are curious and eager to learn while being comfortable working autonomously with new tools, data, and objectives.
- Background preferably in the fields of business management, communications, retail/tailoring
- Experience in finding and applying scalable solutions around tailoring as a core process
- High proficiency of tailoring and alteration processes
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and hands-on experience of how retail stores and tailor shops operate
- Effective communicator and ability to coach and influence others
- Industry leading knowledge of programs/software to innovate and deliver more faster
- Experienced and proven project management skills
- Possess and use initiative and sound judgement in making complex decisions and recommendations
- Exercise a high degree of independent judgement
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel 50% or more.
Salary Band: $60,000 - $80,000 Annually
