Bucks Fabricating, Hadley, Pa.- Is seeking a team orientated, self-motivated, flexible Regional Sales Representative/ Inside Sales Position for our roll-off containers and small cans division.
As a Regional Sales Representative the essential job functions include, visiting prospects in southern state of US, cultivating relationship with customer and team members, identify sales leads, collect information from leads and prospective clients, promote products and services, provide product demonstrations, solving customer issues, and close sales deals. Territory would be sales in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Florida.
The qualifications: Customer service, inside and outside sales experience, communications, management, leadership, and presentations. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, taxes, commissions, and percentages. Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Proficiency in the use of a personal computer utilizing Window based systems with Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint as well as other applicable software. Experience in business software such as NetSuite is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma or GED certificate, college degree is helpful but not required.
Work Location: This position would be a hybrid inside sales position. The position would require travel 1-2 weeks per month. On-site when not traveling. Upon completion of probationary period/training, the option to work from home 1-2 days per week would be available.
