Regional Sales Rep for Flexible Packaging

My client, a distinguished labels and packaging printer with a rich heritage of over 50 years and multiple plants throughout the USA, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Sales Rep to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take the reins of an existing territory, establishing your footprint in the packaging and labels industry. While the client facility is in Nashville, you can be remote as long as you are living within Tennesse between Nashville to Memphis OR in Mississippi between Jackson to border of Tennessee within a 4-hour drive time of a major airport to attend meetings.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with the sales of pressure-sensitive labels and Flexible Packaging in the Tennessee/ Mississippi area. Your target markets will include food & beverage, promotional, wine & beer, and produce markets. Your skills will be put to the test in selling up to 14 color flexo and HP Indigo digital capabilities.

• Highly prefer a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in direct sales of P/S labels or Flexible Packaging.
• Proven ability to increase the customer base and market share within your territory.
• Deep contacts and relationships within the purchasing groups of the F&B markets.
• Must be a US citizen or US permanent resident/green card holder.

We offer a competitive annual base salary ranging from $80,000- $100,000, plus commission averaging $40k to $50k. With this, the total annual package can be between $120,000 to $150,000. In addition, we provide a car allowance. The benefits package includes major medical coverage, a dental buy-in, and a 401K that matches $.050 for every dollar up to 4%.
