RESPONSIBILITY:
- Achieve annual sales target, develop and building more marketing share, to keep leading position.
- According to the company's sales strategy, organize and formulate marketing strategies and execution, responsible for sales project planning and resource assignment.
- Support and maintain the relationship with our customers and partners in your region and help, coach your resellers to grow up higher level quality and achieve own annual performance goal.
- Comply with the operation of the company's sales policy, establish, and improve resellers channels, promote the standardization of company sales system management, including but not limited to leads/opportunities CRM report and following the projects tightly.
- To be able to carry out the normal demo for customers and follow up the whole sales cycle from Lead search & following until closing the order and collecting relative payment.
- Weekly and Monthly report to be carried out in time as well as other necessary reports and jobs assigned by the supervisor.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess degree/diploma in with technical or engineering with sales background, or equivalent professional work experience.
- At least 2 to 5 years in sales experience with excellent selling skills in capital equipment, take ownership and possess passion in active customer engagement and ability to create non-traditional marketing and sales opportunities.
- Good knowledge on manufacturing processes, materials and all relevant markets, i.e. automotive, aerospace, energy, shipbuilding, railway, medical, dental, educational, etc.
- And working knowledge of Metrology and CMM technology is a plus.
- Highly disciplined individual, an excellent team player with high level of energy and drive to succeed and excellent problem solving and communications skills.

Salary: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
