We are looking to hire an experienced sales person to coach, mentor, and grow a team of outside sales representatives to convert leads into new accounts. This position will be critical for our market penetration strategies across the country.

Qualifications/Skills:
· You are a closer with a “no fear”, highly professional approach to sales with an ability to close over the phone
· You have experience working with and leading a team
· You have an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment simultaneously handling multiple prospects and an entire sales cycle
· You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (inside/ short cycle preferred)
· You have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance exceeding quotas
· You have a high level of integrity, strong desire to succeed, and excellent organization skills
· You are numerate and think and react quickly on your feet
· Ability to reliably commute to the office (San Diego, CA 92123)
Compensation and Benefits:
· Base plus unlimited commission structure (OTE $110K - $115K).

Day to Day Functions:
· Oversee and support daily appointments of the reps from the corporate headquarters
· Coach, train and develop reps to close new business
· Provide guidance to Reps on how to self-generate and build a business in their respective territories
· Oversee the entire sales process and team pipeline. You’ll need to have the ability to see where a deal is and sell with value solutions in mind. You’ll work with various departments to find leads, schedule appointments, submit, approve, and train accounts.
