Pro-Pipe specializes in the use of advanced technology to produce the quality data and recommended solutions that drive the good planning decisions that precede major infrastructure renewal programs. Pro-Pipe is also known as a pipe maintenance company that focuses on customer service and safety.


SERVICES:

Cross Bore Inspection — Pro-Pipe helps utility providers eliminate the risks presented by new or replacement utility lines horizontally bored through existing wastewater infrastructure.

Pipe Inspection — Pipe inspection reveals and assesses the condition of sewer pipes and storm drains while delivering risk-mitigation data that provides insight into current and future projects.

Trenchless Repair — Non-intrusive pipe repair services are as robust as traditional repairs but are quicker and less invasive. They eliminate digging up the jobsite and the associated rehabilitation costs.

Pipe Cleaning — Pro-Pipe is capable of cleaning pipes of all diameters. Only after arrival at the site is the scope of the job assessed and the best approach determined. • Vacuum and Hydro Excavation — This method safely and efficiently locates fiber optic lines, cables and utilities while avoiding the damage that may occur with traditional, mechanical excavation.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for revenue generation and market expansion of the Pro-Pipe business unit for your assigned region. You will collaboratively work with Branch Managers and the Director of Pro-Pipe Operations to deliver first in class service to the customer and full accountability of meeting sales and profit targets set by the company.

This position will be located near a major metropolitan city in Texas – Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies with national and regional accounts including municipalities, gas utilities, and engineering firms.
  • Proactively visit existing and future customer base to assess and gain selling opportunities regarding Pro-Pipe Services and underground solutions.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute on a sales plan for both existing and new accounts.
  • Participate and help lead planning meetings with Marketing and Operations teams to create a strong strategic and execution-based focus.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans.
  • Effectively use our CRM to capture and progress new opportunities, follow up on leads track lost business, and forecast new business.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

To effectively carry out the above responsibilities, the successful candidate should possess the following skills, knowledge, and business experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Business.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Management on a regional or national level with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience in underground pipeline infrastructure inspection and maintenance highly preferred.
  • Experience working with mid to large size engineering firms or capital projects in the Industrial Market or Construction environment.
  • Experience managing RFP creation.
  • Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform to manage sales activities and customer information.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel a minimum of 75% of the time, or as needed, depending on where the position resides.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
