Job Summary:
The DFS ( Direct from Store) Regional Recruiter is responsible for meeting all hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process at all locations in their region. This is a bilingual Spanish position. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating the recruitment process either in person or over the phone , all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant pre employment experience.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruiting
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Builds rapport with hiring managers to assess the needs of each open position.
- Communicates with hiring managers and THD store managers for job event locations and best practices.
- Become familiar with hiring locations, geography, and territory.
- Respond and verify candidate qualifications based on job description and requirements.
- Source, screen, and submit candidates for non-exempt positions
- Arrange management interviews by maintaining frequent communication and coordinating schedules.
- Maintain a high level of weekly candidate calls.
- Ensure all onboarding and background checks are processed.
- Conduct in-person on-site interviews.
- Maintain rapport with candidates into the placement process and 30-60 days from start date.
- Maintain rapport with candidates and prospects for future DFS opportunities.
Travel
- Travel is required 80% of the time to nationwide DFS locations- May include multiple sites in a 30-mile city radius.
- Responsible for reporting into the designated local site location on non-travel weeks
- Assist in opening new site locations by traveling nationwide with the HR Team as needed.

- Experience recruiting at mass hiring events
- Ability to prescreen and interview over the phone and in person

- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and contributor
- Must be organized and a self-starter
- Read, write and speak Spanish
Education and Experience:
· 2+ years’ experience recruiting for industrial, commercial, general labor recruiting
- Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
