Job Objective:
In collaboration with the Area Integrator (Regional Manager), the Regional Recruiterwill source, screen, and send candidates to our job openings to help ensure all schools in their region are fully staffed with Swim Instructors and Front Desk Teammates as needed by the General Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new ideas and strategies to attract new applicants, including: community involvement, discovering events, attending job fairs, and in-person networking.
- Consult with Hiring Managers and create a plan-of-action for results based on needs.
- Strategize with Recruiting & Operations Team to increase efficiency, better support our schools, and elevate our candidate experience with innovation, empathy, organization, and excellence.
- Manage job postings on Indeed, Linked In, ZipRecruiter, etc. for each school to ensure every posting is getting enough applications to support school hiring needs.
- Sort resumes/applications with skill, screen candidates through virtual interviews, represent our company brand and career opportunities, and scheduled in-person interviews with local Hiring Managers.
Preferred Experience:
- Proven ability to self-start and think creatively to produce results
- Experience in high-volume attraction and hiring
- Experience in marketing

- Experience with scheduling, booking, and administrative work

Expected Work Environment & Hours
- Full-time, salaried position
- Primarily working from home with intermittent visits to our local Aqua-Tots locations to network with current teammates and promote hiring openings, as well as attending high school & college job fairs, hiring events & being involved in community outreach opportunities.
- Would require quiet work environment to conduct virtual interviews and screenings from home.
- Days and hours vary based on school’s need and season (primarily Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
- 40+ hours per week
Salary: Up to $42,000.00 per year
