We are searching for a Regional Process Engineer to be based at our Paris, TX plant. This position pays $101,000.00 annually
The Regional Plant Engineer has responsibility for the identification, design, and management of capital projects with typical values ranging from $50M to $5MM. They also periodically serve as a team member for larger strategic growth projects. This individual plays a key role in identifying and leading process improvement opportunities and working with plant management and operations to improve plant capacities and efficiencies. They are also capable of leading PLC installations and implementations of capital projects as well as providing general automation plant support. The Regional Plant Engineer serves up to sixteen plant locations across the North America region.
This is an engineering position encompassing project management, process engineering, and process development responsibilities.

Essential job functions
- Responsible for identifying and leading process improvement opportunities and identifying ways of improving plant capacities and efficiencies.
- Analyze a process system and implement simple yet effective changes to boost production.
- Research and development of new equipment (including design responsibilities).
- Identifying, designing, and managing capital projects ranging from $25M to $5MM.
- Provide engineering support to multiple facilities located across North America.
- Act as a liaison between Operations and Research and Development in process improvement and development efforts.
Primarily office to be located in Paris, TX and will provide service to other facilities located across North America
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, M.S. preferred.
- Three plus years of experience in a plant manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage capital projects from $5M to $5MM.
- Must have excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to interact with operators, vendors and upper management.
- AutoCAD experience required
- Two plus years of experience with PLC’s
