We are looking for Pharmacy Technicians who are ready to advance to the next level in their career as a Regional PharmacySupport Manager (RPSM).
What does an RPSM do? They provide operational, leadership, and supervisory assistance to Regional Support Pharmacists to ensure assigned pharmacies meet company objectives including delivery of clinical services, maintaining proper pharmacy operations, controlling expenses such as payroll and inventory, etc.

- The region for this position includes the following areas: Western ND, Eastern MT, and Northern SD.
- Collects, analyzes, and monitors pharmacy operations metrics;
- Conducts quarterly store visits;
- Ensures assigned tasks and training are completed on time;
- Promotes advancements such as Check-Tech-Check and Technician Immunization Certification;
- Participates in pharmacy leadership (team development, new program rollouts, partner with HR to address personnel issues, etc.);
- Supports clinical service programs;
- The ability to travel throughout the region, including last minute emergency situations;
- Leadership or management experience;
- 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
