Important Information: This position is similar to our Admissions and Outreach Counselor role in Madison, but requires greater qualifications. In our recruitment process, we are evaluating candidates for both roles but will only proceed with hiring for one, based on candidate qualifications and organizational fit. The decision will be made on the basis of who best meets the specific requirements and aligns with organizational goals.

This position requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and a proven track record in student recruitment and admissions processes.
Your Role:
- Strategic Marketing & Outreach: Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with high school counselors, special education coordinators, therapists, and other professionals who can serve as referral sources. Create events and opportunities for referral sources, as well as perspective students and families, to learn about our services.
- Comprehensive Enrollment Management: Facilitate the entire admissions process, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation. You'll implement data-driven strategies to meet and exceed our enrollment goals while maintaining the integrity and values of Mansfield Hall.
- Extensive Travel & Networking: Be prepared for significant travel (up to 10 weeks per year) to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, organizations, and key stakeholders. Represent Mansfield Hall at national conferences and events.
- Leadership & Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive enrollment plans. Your insights will be vital in shaping policies and strategies at both the regional and national levels.
- Diverse Leadership Responsibilities: In addition to your primary role, you'll have opportunities to lead projects in areas like student retention, Virtual Hall expansion, and alumni engagement programs.

What We Look For:
- Educational Background: Master's degree in education, business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum five years experience in admissions, student services, or a related field, with a focus on supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Existing relationships in the Midwest region area with schools, organizations, and professionals in the special education field is expected.
- Advanced Skills: Advanced communication skills, proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools, a strong understanding of autism, learning differences, and an understanding of mental health and wellness, and a well-established professional network, well as a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in education.
Physical and Mental Demands:
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in various projects. Ability to handle high-stress situations, especially during peak recruitment periods, is essential.
